Bulletin on COVID-19 : JK reports 64 fresh positive cases, 473290 recovered

The Government today informed that 64fresh  positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19) have been reported today; 15from Jammu division and 49 from Kashmir division, thus taking the total number of positive cases to 478626.

Moreover, 154 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 46 from Jammu division and 108 from Kashmir division.According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 478626positive cases, 552are Active Positive (152in Jammu Division and 400in Kashmir Division), 473290have recovered and 4784have died; 2351 in Jammu division and 2433in Kashmir division.

The Bulletin also informs that 10,370 doses of COVID Vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours across Jammu and Kashmir bringing the cumulative number of doses administered to 2,44,16,113 till date.

Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases for today, the Bulletin informs that in Kashmir division, Srinagar reported 17 cases, Baramulla reported 11 cases, Budgam06 cases, Pulwama reported 07cases, Kupwara reported04 cases, Anantnag reported01case, Bandipora reported 01case, Ganderbal reported 00cases, Kulgam reported 00caseswhile as Shopian also reported 02 fresh cases for today.

Similarly in Jammu division, Jammu reported 11 cases, Udhampur 01, Rajouri 01, Doda 01, Kathua 01, Samba 00, Kishtwar 00,Poonch 00, Ramban and Reasi  also reported no fresh case for today.The bulletin informs that in case of any help, the general public can call J&K UT Centralised Health Helpline- Toll Free No. 104.

In case of emergency, people can avail free ambulance services 24x7 by calling toll free number 108 while as pregnant women and sick infants can avail free services by dialling toll free number 102, the bulletin reads.
