Under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav-Har Ghar Tiranga, a colourful program was organised by North Zone Cultural Centre Patiala, Ministry of Culture, Govt of India in collaboration with Education Department, through Academy of Art Culture and Languages Srinagar at Nadim Memorial BHSS Bandipora. 

The program was presided over by Deputy Chief Education Officer Bandipora Mohammad Rafiq Parray. The program was attended by the staff members and students. 

The programme highlighted the cultural vibrancy of Kashmir showcasing Gojri dance, Nukad Natak, Bach e Nagmi and  Roaff. Speaking on the occasion representative from Cultural Academy, Srinagar, Saleem Salik stressed on the need to organise such programs across the length and breadth of the country so that diverse cultural thread is preserved and revered as well. 

The program concluded with the pledge by Dy CEO Mohammad Rafiq Parray, "while we celebrate 75th year of Independence we need to keep our rich traditions and culture afloat, and set the goal of  preparing our students for academic excellence". 

The NSS Unit of the institution is appreciated for their selfless service in managing today's program.
