A one day awareness programme on the "Right to Public Service Guarantee Act 2011" was held here today at ADC Office in collaboration with District Legal Services Authority.During his welcome address, ADC Bhaderwah, Dil Mir Chowdhury shared his views about the benefits of the Act.
Advocate Vaibhav Sharma was the resource person from District Legal Services Authority Bhadarwah who gave detailed information about the Act and its importance. He informed that the Act provides for the citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority.
