608 HC promoted as ASIs, 140 ASI’s promoted to SI’s so far since March, 2013,Srinagar, June 28: Inspector General of police Kashmir, Abdul Ghani Mir today ordered the promotion of 121 Head Constables to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors.

IGP Kashmir, today ordered the promotion of 121 Head Constables to the next rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors. The promoted officials had been brought on the promotion list- C in the year 2010, 2011 and 2012.The IGP congratulated the promoted officers and their families and urged them to work with more dedication and devotion.Since March this year, Zonal police headquarters issued orders for promotion of 140 Assistant Sub-Inspectors to the rank of Sub-Inspectors in April and 487 Head Constables to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors in May. Today 121 Head Constables were promoted to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors.
