Ravneet Brar, a candidate from the Mohali constituency of Sanyukt Samaj Morcha, went door to door campaigning with full force on the last day of campaigning.  He was accompanied by a large number of his supporters, youth of the constituency and people who love the farming community. As per the instructions of the Hon'ble Election Commission of India, after the close of the election campaign, various teams of the SSM and candidate Ravneet Brar campaigned in different villages and urban areas of the constituency. On this occasion, he appealed to all the people of the constituency to move away from the traditional parties and Support SSM.

Speaking on the occasion Brar said that it is quite clear that the people of the Mohali constituency want to change this time.  Voters are done with the traditional parties Congress, Akali Dal, BJP and Aam Aadmi Party. They are in the mood to give a chance to the SSM this time.He said that it is often observed that in urban areas of Mohali the voter turnout was low every time in past. Therefore, I urge the people to participate in the elections as much as possible, no matter which party they vote for, but every voter must exercise his or her right to vote. Finally, he again appealed to the people of the constituency to cast their vote with a lot of forethought and in view of the future of their future generations as this opportunity for change has come after five years and everyone should use it wisely.
