Sanjeev Vashisht, BJP candidate of from Mohali continues to hold meetings with voters. In meeting held at Balongi, a large number of Balongi residents participated and pledged to vote for Sanjeev Vashisht and assured him that he will win by large margin . Vashisht while listening to the plight of Balongi residents discussed the need of employment, health, education, water, sanitation etc. The BJP candidate said that the people of Balongi are well aware that the Congress MLA had used them only as a vote bank for the last 15 years.

According to him the paver blocks in Balongi have also been installed due to the central scheme only , Congress MLA is just trying to take its credit , but the residents already knew the truth and Balongi residents will not fall into this trap again . All the residents of Balongi now want BJP to win for development.Sanjeev Vashisht said that with the formation of BJP government in Punjab, necessary steps would be taken for health, education and sanitation in Balongi and every possible facility would be provided to this area.
