In continuation to the Action plan issued by JKLSA under PAN India Awareness and Outreach Campaign and under the able guidance and Supervision of its Chairman R.N.Watal, District Legal Services Authority Reasi (DLSA) today organized a Legal Awareness Camp for the marginalised and weaker sections of the society. The resource persons from different government departments deliberated upon different Welfare Schemes of their respective departments.
The eligible persons were also provided benefits of Govt. Welfare Scheme on the occasion.The program was attended by the District Agricultural officer, representatives of the Social Welfare department, Child Welfare Committee Reasi, Panel Lawyers, PLVs and the common masses of District Reasi.The DLSA Reasi also organised Slogan Writing, Drawing and Essay Writing Competitions in collaboration with the Department of Education in different schools. Besides, DLSA Reasi through PLVs conducted door to door Awareness Programs at different places in District Reasi.
