Catering to the development of the constituency, meeting public demands, redressing their grievances and raising their concerns at appropriate platforms has been my primary working stated Manish Tewari ,Member Parliament from Anandpur Sahib Constituency while inaugurating the new bus stop built under his MP LAD Fund at Majrí ,here on Sunday.The bus stop was built on the request by the local people who people had to wait for long in the sun and rain for buses. “ The people of the area need not face the vagaries of weather in wait for mode of transportation; be it cold, heat or rain, they will be safe under the shelter of the New Bus Stop and commute comfortably,” said Tewari.
Replying to a media query, MP Tewari informed that during the entire Corona period of over a year he stood by the people and provided aid of over a crore rupees in Garhshankar, Nawashahr incuding an ambulance for Mohali to combat COVID19. Simultaneously, the development works are on with a full force, said he. Member Parliament informed that Kandi Area Development is another major area of thrust in his plan of action. Proposals have been invited and soon projects will be initiated for Kandi Area Development.He was accompanied by Jagmohan Singh Kang Ex minister, Pawan Dewan Chairman Punjab Large industrial Development Board, Labh Singh Chairman Block Samiti Majri, Satnam Singh Vice Chairman , Gian Kandoli , Member Block Samiti and President Congress Block Majri, Sandeep Sharma Sarpanch Siswan, Narinder Dhakora Member Block Samiti, Jagdeep Rana Sarpanch Majri, Sanjeev Sharma (Vicky) ,Ranjit Khdari and others.
