Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department, Atal Dulloo, today visited 500 bedded Covid hospital established by DRDO at Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu.During his visit, FC along with Principal GMC Jammu Dr. Shashi Sudan Sharma toured the hospital to check the facilities being provided in the hospital.FC enquired, besides positioning of doctors and paramedics, about various Covid care facilities being made available in the hospital for the patients like Intensive Care Unit beds, oxygen facility, triage, clinical equipment and related services.FC expressed satisfaction over the facilities being provided in the hospital and appreciated the DRDO for timely completion of the hospital. He hoped that this 500-bedded Covid hospital would supplement government efforts towards combating the Corona virus pandemic.
