Aspiring BSC Nursing Students Stage Protest, allege Fraud and Scam in Selection Process by SKIMS Soura

Students who had appeared in Bsc Nursing entrance conducted by SKIMS Soura staged a  protest here in Press Enclave Srinagar. The protesting students alleged fraud in selection process. The protesting students alleged that most of the students who were selected by SKIMS  scored 100% marks while as same students had appeared for same entrance exams through BOPEE where they have not even scored 40%.Carrying the Placards, "We want Justice", the protested students further alleged that the SKIMS administration  has sold out the papers prior to the exams." We had given the exams of Bsc Nursing which was conducted by SKIMS Soura, but to our shock the papers were sold out and leaked prior to exams, and how is it possible that students who score 100% marks, appear in same exams conducted by BOPEE were not even able to score 50%", alleged one of the protesting student.One of the protesting student, while speaking to News Agency Kashmir News Trust(KNT) alleged that " the selection of the candidates was not done on merit basis, the fact is papers were sold on high rates, those who have topped in the exams of SKIMS have not scored even 50% in BOPEE entrance."The protesting students demanded a thorough investigation in the matter, so that justice can be delivered and deserving students can get their right.
