Government is doing the best to address the medical needs of the citizens impacted by COVID-19. The critical need is to have adequate and proper medical equipment which enables large scale testing and diagnostics. Coming forward to provide the front line Corona Warriors with PPE Kits and N95 masks and a RT PCR Machine for COVID testing is commendable.He informed that the ICMR approved RT PCR Machine, masks and PPE kits have been handed over to the newly operationalized Corona Lab in Punjab Biotecinology Incubatar(PBTI)Pertinently, as a gesture of goodwill WEPL has promised to soon provide an RNA Extractor- testing Machine to the District.
