In order to acquaint the Visiting officers regarding "Back to Village programme- Phase II" governance at doorstep of rural people, a training session was conducted here under the sueprvsion of District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana.Assistant Commissioner Development Kishtwar, Anil Chandail, Visiting officers, BDO's, Master Trainers, were present during the training and material distribution programme.While interacting with the officers who have been deployed in different  Panchayats of the district under "Back to village-2" programme, DDC instructed them to ensure interaction with the villagers and obtain feedback from the Panchayat representatives, elders and other local people about their concerns, developmental needs and economic potential of the area.He informed the participants that B2V-2 programme is focused on follow up of B2V-I, empowerment of Panchayats, implementation of  individual benefit schemes, 100% coverage of beneficiary oriented schemes and doubling of farmers' income by 2022.The DDC this edition will lay more focus public oriented beneficiary schemes like Ayushmann Bharat, PM-KISSAN,Social security schemes, employment schemes etc.ACD and Master Trainers briefed the participants in detail about the entire programme, their responsibilities and the activities that shall be undertaken during implementation of the programme at Panchayat level collectively by the officers and PRIs.Meanwhile, the booklets about various activities to be conducted during 2nd Phase of the programme were distributed among the officers.
