DDC Kupwara visits Galizoo cricket stadium for demarcation of land

Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Anshul Garg, today visited Galizoo cricket stadium site for demarcation and directed for clearing encroachments around the stadium.Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bashir Ahmad Bhat, District Youth Services &Sports Officer, Ghulam Hassan, and other concerned officers also accompanied the DDC.DCC sought a detailed report from District Youth Services & Sports, Revenue and R&B officers regarding the land for proposed stadium and directed the concerned to start construction work immediately after demarcation of land.Later, the DDC inspected various examination centres set up in Government Higher Secondary School Kupwara. He interacted with the supervisory staff and students and enquired about arrangements particularly heating and lighting facilities at these centres.He instructed the concerned officers to ensure peaceful atmosphere for smooth conduct of examination.
