A delegation of Punjab Unaided Colleges Association (PUCA) met Consul General of India, Mrs. Abhilasha Joshi at Consulate General of India, Vancouver under the leadership of President, PUCA, Dr. Anshu Kataria. Sh. Krishna Murty, Founder, Canada International Education Consortium was also present on the occasion.Mrs Abhilasha Joshi welcomed the delegation. Sh. Manjish Grover, Consul, Head of Chancery, Commerce &  culture was also present on the occasion.Mrs Abhilasha Joshi appealed the delegation to spread maximum awareness of MADAD Portal among the students of Punjab. It is to be mentioned that the portal was made by the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt of India to ease the Indian citizens living abroad an online platform in which they can file consular grievances to the Indian Govt.Krishna Murty apprised consul general about the detailed schedule of the delegation regarding visits to various colleges and universities of Canada. 

Grover assured full support to the delegation during their stay in British Columbia, Canada.It is to be mentioned that a 15 member delegation of PUCA was recently flagged off by the Higher Education Minister of Punjab, Sh. Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa with an aim of strategic tie-ups with international collaborations.Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh; Mr. Ashwani Garg, SVIET, Banur; Mr. Swinder Singh, Smt. Manjinder Kaur & Mr. Gursimranjit Singh, Sukhjinder Group of Institutes, Gurdaspur; Mr. Mohit Mahajan & Mrs Anu Mahajan, Golden Group of Colleges Gurdaspur; Mr. Nalini Chopra & Mr. Chander Mohan, Kay Jay Group, Patiala; Mr. Parminder Paul Sharma, MGDM Group, Bathinda; Mr. Bharat Sharma, Synergy International Institute of Nursing, Bathinda; Mr. Rajesh K Garg, Bharat Group of Institutions, Mansa; Mr. Kanwar Tushar Punj, Sri Sai Group, Palampur, etc were the part of the delegation.
