Baba Banda Singh Bahadur International Foundation will give full support to the Punjab Government to commemorate the 550th Prakash Purb of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.This was  disclosed by Baba Banda Singh Bahadur International Foundation President and the newly appointed Chairman of PSIDC. Mr. Kishan Kumar Bawa said that Capt Amarinder  Singh, Chief Minister, Punjab is applauding the efforts being made in the country to celebrate the 550th anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. He said that the teachings of Sri  Guru Nanak Dev Ji need to be disseminated to every nook and corner of the globe. He said that Baba Banda Singh Bahadur International Foundation will organize 11 events in  Canada, USA, the responsibility of which will be fulfilled by the President of the United States of America Gurmeet Singh Gill, President of Canada Harbant Singh Deol, Chief  Patron of the Board.Bawa informed that the Umrao Singh President of the Foundation in Haryana will organize the Function in this regard in Kaithal and Megh Singh Sidhu will be  organizing the event in Calcutta. Similarly, the event will be organized by Sukhwinder Singh Gill and Harchand Singh Sagu in Bombay.
