The booth sammelan was organized by District President Ganderbal Bashir Ahmad Bhat, State General Secretary (org) Shri Ashok Koul was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion koul said  the decision to hold  Booth Samelan at Constituency level is very rewarding which is evident from the presence of such huge enthusiastic gathering of BJP workers. Koul said that till now about 20 Booth Samelans are already successfully over in Kashmir region, such meetings carry a particular significance to provide a platform for the transfer and shearing of information from top level and the ground level. He said we have to  pledge together to ensure the win of every polling booth and this will be achieved by working in every polling booth .

Koul  expressed happiness that BJP is blooming in every constituency in Kashmir. Kaul told party workers to intensify the party activities and highlight the achievements of Narendra Modi led NDA Government at the Centre and BJP coalition in the state. “We should take benefit from the different schemes meant for general public,” he said.Kaul added party workers are the ambassadors’ and without any discrimination with region and religion BJP is equally working for the welfare of all sections of society.Party leaders who attended the Samelan : VC SICOP Dr. Ali Mohammad Mir, Incharge Ganderbal Sheikh Rashid,  Protocol Incarge Kashmir  Arif Raja, Vistark Incharge Kashmir Mushtaq Noorabadi, State Secretary Youth Wing Bilal Parray, Senior leader Nazir Ahmad Raina,  Const.
