Member Legislative Assembly, Sheikh Ishfaq today conducted an extensive tour of various areas of the district during which he inaugurated various developmental works.ADDC Ganderbal N.A Baba and other concerned officers accompanied the MLA during his day-long visit.The MLA inaugurated Rs 49.58 lakh Sub Centre Yangoora in block Lar which will cater to the people living in Yangoora and adjacent villages.Sheikh Ishfaq also inaugurated additional block at Primary Health Centre (PHC), Tulmulla, completed at a cost of Rs 30.50 lakh and new block at PHC Shuhama constructed at a cost of Rs 50.90 lakh. This additional infrastructure will augment the healthcare facilities in the area.Later, addressing a public meeting at PHC Shuhama, the MLA announced the provision of an Ambulance for the PHC, besides Rs 3 lakh for LT renovation out of his Constituency Development Fund.On the occasion, various public delegations met the MLA and apprised him of their problems.The MLA assured them that their demands would be projected before the concerned authorities for early resolution.
