 Students of Oakridge International School participated in district athletics competition held at Sports Stadium, Sector 78, Mohali. In under 14 category Sahil Godara clinched a gold medal in high jump and in under 19 category Kashish Kumar Chhabra bagged a silver medal in 200m sprint. Both the students have qualified for the state athletics competition. The school principal,  Ramanjit Ghuman congratulated the  winners and coach Parjinder Singh.She also extended her best wishes for their upcoming endeavour. According to her competitions showcase the talent and skills of students and the medals won by them motivate them to hard work for success.  According to her such competitions  help in shaping the personality of  child and give them opportunity to participate at national level to excel.
