The members of Committee on Estimates from Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha led by Chairman, Nirbhy Kr Sahabadi called on the Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta in his office chambers, here today.The Committee members apprised the Speaker about their tour to J&K state & also briefed him on the functioning of Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha.While interacting with the members of Jharkhandn Vidhan Sabha, Kavinder Gupta thanked them for visiting J&K state and proposed them to visit various tourist and historical sites the State. He briefed them about the functioning of J&K Legislative Assembly and later took round of the complex with them. The Estimates Committee is on a study tour to J&K to further their knowledge about the functioning and working of Committee in State.The Speaker had a detailed discussion with the Committee about the system and working of Legislative Assembly in Jharkhand. He also briefed the Committee about the functioning of State Legislative Assembly including functioning of various Financial House Committees.The Committee members also toured the various sections of the Assembly Section Including Legislative Hall along with Speaker and staff of the Legislative Assembly.Among others, Secretary, J&K Legislative Assembly, M.R Singh, IT Incharge, Vishal Sharma and other were also present on the occasion.
