DIG CKR flags off Mini Bharat Darshan Tour

Jammu and Kashmir Police, under its civic action programme organized a Mini Bharat Darshan Tour  for rural students of central Kashmir Range which was flagged off by DIG CKR Ghulam Hassan Bhat at District Police Lines Srinagar, today.Forty students from rural areas of Budgam, Ganderbal, Leh and Kargil districts, accompanied by four caretakers and under supervision of  DySP Shri Shami Kumar left Srinagar this morning for this tour.During this tour these students will visit places of historical importance and other places of interest in Jammu, Chandigarh and capital city of Delhi for 06 days.The touring students will interact with political dignitaries, nobel prize winners, senior administrative officers and will visit prominent schools in Delhi. The tour  would not only be beneficial to the touring students but will also give them first hand knowledge about the country and the culture of other places outside Kashmir. (CNS)
