Rattan Group of Institutions take out rally on water conservation

The students of Rattan Group of Institutions took out a rally from college campus near Sohana Gurudwara to spread the message of water conservation. Sangeeta Aggarwal member RGI flagged of the rally from the campus .The students generated awareness among the residents about the problem of water wastage with the help of placards Scribbled Water is Precious, Save Water Save Life. The students also performed a skit on water conservation near Sohana Gurudwara and the threat posed by its shortage.Various activities, including drawing, mono acting, elocution, chart making, model making were also organized at the campus also.While encouraging the students to save water Chairman RGI Sunder Lal Aggarwal said that Tricity  have been facing problems due to water shortage. Our rally gave a message that citizens should use water judiciously. The demand is likely to increase further in coming days.Chairman Aggarwal further encouraged the students to conserve the environment and the need to save it for future generations.Sangeeta Aggarwal member RGI  said at the moment that Certainly we hope for economic growth and development .However, if our leaders do not give proper consideration to the public health issues then we are  paying too high a price for so-called progress.
