CM, Punjab to inaugurate “Technical Education Summit” tomorrow in Mohali

The stage is all set for the biggest ever event of Punjab- “Technical Education and Skill Development Summit”.The morning session of the event will be held at Indoor Sports Complex, Sector–78, Mohali and evening session will be held at Indian School of Business, Sec 81, Mohali. S. Prakash Singh Badal, CM, Punjab would inaugurate the event. Sh. Madan Mohan Mittal, Technical Education Minister, Punjab would be Guest of Honour. The Chancellors, Chairmen, Directors and Principals of all the Universities/Colleges of Punjab are participating in the event. To give final touch to the event, Sh. Rajneesh Arora, VC, PTU today had a Review Meeting in which Dr J S Dhaliwal, President, PUTIA; Mr Satnam Singh Sandhu, Chancellor, Chandigarh University; Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges and Convener, PUTIA; Mr Manjeet Singh, Chairman, Doaba Group; Mr Tejinderpal Singh Sandhu etc. participated. Apart from these, around 200 Chairmen and Faculty Members of various Colleges were also present.More than 50,000 students of around 400 Colleges of Punjab are expected to participate in the event being organized tomorrow by Punjab Government supported by Punjab Unaided Technical Institutions Association (PUTIA) and Punjab Technical University (PTU).
