Former Punjab BJP President and member of the party's national executive Shri Kamal Sharma has said that failure of Raninder Singh, son of PPCC President Capt Amarinder Singh, to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) today has made it amply clear that Raninder has been "deliberately evading" the probe agency. In a statement issued here today, Shri Sharma argued, "Raninder was summoned by ED in connection with a Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) violation case. If Raninder, Amarinder and their family members are clean, Raninder should have joined the investigations, by appearing before the ED today. But he failed to do so." Shri Sharma also stated that Raninder has not only failed to join ED investigations but has been evading Ludhiana Court also, in a case filed by IT Sleuths.
