The Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, while presiding over the meeting of Board of Governors of Punjab Public School, Nabha here today, reviewed the activities, achievements and future programmes of the school.Appreciating the overall outstanding progress of the school the Governor asked the Headmaster to impart value based education to the students and imbibe moral values and habit of work culture in them. He said in order to provide better facilities, required infrastructure and funds to run the school smoothly it was our moral duty to join hands and heads to findout the ways to meet them. 

He said for this we have to increase the amount of existing corpus fund.Earlier, Dr. Jagmeet Singh, Headmaster of the School apprised the Governor regarding the working of school activities. He said that rules of Punjab Public School Nabha has been revised and sent to governing body for comments and approval.Prominent amongst others Board of Directors who were present on the occasion included Mr Parminder Singh Dhindsa, Finance Minister Punjab, Mr. M.P. Singh, Principal Secretary to Governor, Mr. K. J. Singh, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Command, Mr.Ajit Singh Pannu Commissioner Patiala Division, Mr. G. Vajaralingam, Principal Secretary School Education, Brig. Atul Dharma Puri, Station Commdr., Dr. Jaspal Singh, Vice Chancellor Punjabi University, Lt. Gen. (Retd.) T.K. Sapru, Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Vijay Oberoi.
