The MLA's of Shiromani Akali Dal and large number of activists of Student organisation of India (SOI) paid floral tributes to Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev.MLA Manpreet Singh Ayali, MLA Ranjit Singh Dhillon, SOI zonal president Meetpal Singh Dugri accompanied by large number of youngsters assembled near the statues of martyrs at Jagraon Bridge.Last year, SOI has taken an initiative to clean and maintain the statues of martyrs after short interval of time and every month SOI activists cleaned and maintained statues, said Meetpal Singh Dugri.Taking an initiative Student Organisation of India has decided to clean and maintain the statues of martyrs after short interval of time.Paying rich tributes to martyrs Saheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev ji the hundreds of leaders and workers of Student Organisation of India (SOI) a wing of Shiromani Akali Dal assembled at Jagraon Bridge near the statues of martyrs.
Accompanied by Prabhjot Singh Dhaliwal,Sahibjot Singh Chawla and Raja Kang Meetpal Singh Dugri said that Generally the people and organisations remember the martyrs on their martyrdom day or birth anniversary and garland the statues but SOI will clean the statutes after every two- three months.While paying tributes MlA Manpreet Singh Ayali and MLA Ranjit Singh Dhillon said that the sacrifice of Saheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev ji cannot be forgotten and their party will follow the footsteps of martyrs.Prominent among those present on the occasion are Prince Kang,Nirbhay Singh,bassi,Taranpreet Singh,mehakdeep singh,jotvikram singh,Gurprem boparai,taran,ladi chahal,harinder burz,bobby sidhu,Roop grewal,micky,vishal,veerinder, vicky,harry pandit,Jaskamal gill,Karan kochar and many others.
