Deputy Commissioner Kupwara today asked all the government employees to ensure their biometric registration for generation of Aadhaar cards by 31 March, 2016. He said salary shall not be released in favor of employees found without Aadhaar enrollment after the said date and directed officers and controlling officers of all the departments to ensure biometric registration of employees.Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner asked CEO Kupwara to nominate an officer in each zone to oversee the facilities and functioning of educational institutions within their jurisdiction in the district.
