Lawrence Public Senior Secondary School organised International Children Day Celebrations at its campus with great splendour and grandeur. The best part about Children Day celebration was that students did not wear their regular uniforms of school. Instead, they put on colorful dresses which made them adorable &precious pearls. Students performed various dance items at the moments .Later, various competitions Slogan writing , singing , painting, drawing, quizzes, storytelling, elocutions, fancy dress, debates, speeches dance were also organised . 

Additionally, the events and activities of Children's Day festival were focused   on the education, recreation, health, cultural, economic and social needs of children.Principal of the School Veena Malhotra said at the moment that children's day is celebrated with the objective to promote the wellbeing of the children and celebrate childhood. To entertain the children teachers disguised themselves as children and present dramas and dances for their beloved students celebration. The show concluded with the foot tapping performance by the teachers of the school which not only mesmerised the students but also infuse a lot of energy in the students.
