Students of Lawrence Public School Sector-51 participated in Open District Athletic meet. In Under -18 competition Harmanjot Kaur got first prize in Havelin throw whereas Jaskiran Kaur got second prize in Shot Put and Discus Throw . Harmandeep Kaur won third prize in Shotput and Duscus throw.Besides this, Harshdeep Singh got first prize in Shotput and third prize in discus throw. Arshdeep Singh & Bikramjit Singh were second and third In 200meter race .While honouring the students Principal, Lawrence School, Veena Malhotra said that it is proud moment that Students have excelled in district Athletic meet. According to her with such platforms Students get a chance to present their talents and skills which are necessary for holistic development as games and sports are source of recreation and are helpful to enhanced Personality.
