Kinder pillar Ivy School, Sector 46 organized the Regional Teacher’s Training Program at its campus for educating teachers who make a difference in the world. Teachers from various locations across North India were present to attend this Training Program.  It included various modules like Content enrichment using Multiple Intelligence, Brain Based Research methodology, Effective discipline and classroom management, Ages and Stages of Development, Stress management, Effective communication with parents, Buzzing classrooms .Teachers were encouraged to become Inspiring and Motivating as well.Arvinder Kaur, Academic Head Kinder pillar and Preeti Taneja, Child Psychologist and counsellor, equipped the teachers with latest teaching approach along with handling preschool children efficiently in a classroom. Many behavioural and academic challenges in early childhood education were discussed through case studies and problem solving sessions. Teachers had a fun filled and beneficial training along with some team building and soft skills improvement activities.
