Lawrence School Sector -51 organized career oriented guest lecture at its campus for the students of class 11th and 12th .Key note speaker at the moment was  Captain Aashish Singh from ESM  and Captain Ravi Choudhary from Merchant Navy and Defence Academy Chandigarh .They  guided the students  to choose  Merchant Navy  and the armed forces as their career. They also told the students that while working in army ,navy, air forces students get chance to live better life. Students were also informed about the eligibility and related tests to join the forces and high ranks too.  Later, the students had an interactive session with the speakers & clear their doubts.

After that, an aptitude test was also conducted which gave them an idea of the challenges they may face in order to fulfil their dream career at very young age. At the moment Principal of the School Veena Malhotra while encouraging the students to join arm forces and serving the country said that nowadays interest of people are lessen to join arm forces due to many other lucrative career but she informed students that Career in the armed forces holds the promise of bringing honour, glory, social reputation, and a privileged lifestyle.
