Altaf Ahmad Wani, Member of the State Legislative Assembly from Pahalgam, called on Governor N.N Vohra at Raj Bhavan here today.Sh. Wani raised several matters relating to the development of his constituency and assured Governor that the large number of people in his constituency who are involved with the conduct of the forthcoming Shri Amarnathji Yatra -2017 would ensure that all required arrangements on the ground are made well in time. He stated that the Service Providers, particularly the ponywallahs and those who set up shops and tents, are looking forward to a very successful Yatra.Governor thanked Sh. Wani for his interest in promoting the ongoing tourist season and supporting the forthcoming Yatra and urged him to counsel one and all to promote peace and amity as this would contribute to the welfare and prosperity of the people of the State.
