Ludhiana College of Engineering & Technology, Katani Kalian organized a seminar to help participants to identify the causes of their stress and provide them with practical, effective tools to avoid, reduce and manage stress both on and off the job under the title “its all in Mind-Stress or Happiness” .Art of Living mentors Rekha Mittal and Monika Jindal were key note speaker at the moment.While speaking at the moment they said that stress is a potential killer, implicated in medical conditions from high blood pressure and infertility to heart disease. They later, also explained simple but effective tools for being freed from the stress trap. According to him we need to manage our TTL (Tension Tolerance Level) and spend 15 minute a day to perform 5-step Cosmic Meditation everybody to achieve our goals by invoking the power of sub conscious mind.Vijay Gupta , Chairman of the LCET said that healthy and prosperous future can be achieved with healthy mind that’s the reason instead of being trapped in stress students should rely on hard work and dedication to be successful . Apart from that they should also have healthy diet and exercise to be fit as fiddle .Students too participated with zeal in the session in a positive manner and interacted with presenters on various stress issues. According to him such techniques of stress buster can be helpful for people from any level, background or industry.
