District Development commissioner Rajouri Shabir Ahmed Bhat today convened a meeting to review the implementation status of the various decisions taken in the District Development Board meeting.During the meeting officers of the concerned departments briefed the chair regarding the scheme wise targets and the achievements besides action taken on the major DDB decisions. While reviewing the progress of work on the newly sanctioned PHC’s Deputy Commissioner was apprised that work on these projects is under progress. Regarding construction of trauma hospital the meeting was informed that the process of identification of land is underway.Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri who is also nodal officer for implementation of the Public Service Guarantee act apprised the chair that all the concerned departments have been directed to ensure that notice board showing latest status under PSGA is displayed in their respective offices for information of general public.
He also directed the concerned departments to submit the progress report on daily basis on the prescribed format regarding the services provided under the ambit of public service guarantee act.Deputy Commissioner exhorted upon all the officers to work in close coordination so as to achieve the targets within the stipulated time period.Deputy Commissioner stressed upon all the officers to ensure 100% attendance of employees in their offices beside making the biometric attendance system functional immediately.Additional District Development commissioner Rajouri GS Chib, Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Mumtaz Choudhary, Superintending Engineer R&B, Executive Engineer PWD, PHE, PDD besides others were also present in the meeting.
