A complete shutdown was observed on the second consecutive day on Friday in Tral area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district against the killing of three slain militants who were killed in the overnight encounter in Darsara that erupted on Wednesday late evening.According to the eye-witnesses, all the shops and other business establishments remained closed while the traffic was off the roads.However, no clashes were reported in the area so far.Three militants were killed in a night long encounter that erupted between forces and militants after a joint team of police and army cordoned-off a residential house in Mir Mohalla of Dadsara village after inputs about the presence of the slain militants. The slain militants, affiliated with Hizbul Mujahideen, were identified as Asif Ahmad Mir of Dadsara, Mohammad Ishaq Ahmad Parray of Laribal and Ashiq Ahmad Mir of Chersoo. (KNS)
