Universal Group of Institutions, Lalru organized Joint Campus Placement Drive at the campus for Students of B.Tech, Diploma, BBA,B.Com, BA, B.Sc and MBA. Various job profiles were offered to the students with Micromax, eClerx Services Ltd, Pranav Doors & Windows and Competent Synergies . The drive was started with the pre-placement talk followed by aptitude test.252 candidates from various Universities and Colleges from Chandigarh, Haryana, HP, JK, UP, Rajasthan etc. were short listed in this joint campus placement drive and later 71 students were selected in the drive after personal interview with the salary package up to 3 lacs per annum .
Chairman, Universal Group, Dr Gurpreet Singh congratulated the selected students and wished them the best for their near future. According to him the reason behind this successful placement drive is a strong academic base & conduction of regular classes with interactive session. He further mentioned that apart from providing good education to the students it’s the responsibility of every College to facilitate its students with good job opportunities. The institutions should inculcate in them with business ideas, entrepreneurship and develop skills which will help them finding a suitable job. He later, urged the candidates to compete and make proper use of their skills to grab these opportunities.
