Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Mr. Mubarak Gul has said that youth of the State has good talent, adding that need of the hour is to channelize this talent in right direction.This was stated by the Speaker, who was Chief Guest at a function organized by the Prasar Bharti Doordarshan, Jammu in connection with Grand Finale of ‘Aawo Pahchan Banayein’ (APB) held at Auditorium Hall, Jammu.      While appreciating organizers of the event, Mr. Gul said that more such competitive programmes need to be held regularly to exploit the hidden talent of budding youth in various fields including singing and dancing. He said such programmes provide platform to the youth to showcase their talent. He said ‘Aawo Pahchan Banayein’ is one of the popular shows in the State.Later, the Speaker distributed prizes among the winners and runners up who participated in the show.Among others, Deputy Director General Prasar Bharti, Mr. Rafiq Masoodi, Director Doordarshan Jammu Mr. Shabir Mujhid and a good number of audiences was present on the occasion.
