Criticizing the government’s decision to make screening test compulsory for Rehbar-Taleem teachers, the former minister and chairman Democratic Party Nationalist, Ghulam Hassan Mir Monday alleged that the PDP-BJP government has no vision and is implementing the anti people policies.Talking to KNS Mir claimed: “The PDP BJP government is vision less. They are implementing anti people and worthless policies. If the education minister Nayeem Ahktar feels that teachers need screening test then I want to ask him does it mean that the education received by the students from these teachers has been wasted?”He also claimed that that Nayeem Ahktar is ignorant about the education policies and does not know about his ministry. The State government has decided to make screening test compulsory for Rehbar-e-Taleem teachers who have obtained their degrees through distance mode has left the teaching community seething in anger. The government is also considering similar tests for in-service General Line Teachers who have obtained their degree from distance mode.
