Taking a dig on ‘dissident’ leaders, Congress party Thursday said Gurchain Singh Charak and his group has no right to talk about the party as the Congress High Command has already shown them door.Former Minister Gurchain Singh Charak during a news conference had claimed that Jammu Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee is a bunch of ‘corrupted’ leaders.
State Congress president Ghulam Ahmed Mir told CNS that he fails to understand how and why the expelled Congress members still talk about the Congress party and resort to character assassination without any valid ground.“Charak and his team has been expelled by the high command for creating indiscipline in the party and he has no right to talk about the party,” Mir said.
Meanwhile, State Vice President of Congress party Ghulam Nabi Monga while talking to CNS said that Gurchain Singh Charak, Abdul Gani Wakil and few others have not only humiliated the party but also the president Sonaiji and her son Rahul Gandhi.Wakil, Charak and their few colleagues are dead wood and they have no role in Congress party now. They were found creating division in the party. They were served notice by the Congress Disciplinary Committee and they didn’t respond after that they were suspended from the party. These leaders should now stop acting as Congress members as they already stand suspended,” Monga said.He said that Wakil and Charak will achieve nothing and they will always find themselves in wilderness.
