Sheep Husbandry department Udhampur today distributed 15 Tarpaulins among the sheep breeders of the Chenani.Tarpaulins were distributed under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna (RKVY) and National Mission for Protein Supplementation (NMPS) of Government of India. Tarpaulins were distributed for providing shelters to the animals.Speaking on the occasion, SDM Chenani D K Sharma appreciated the efforts of the department and urged for more programs for the welfare of the people and upliftment of the area.DSHO Udhampur, Dr Satish Gangwal, VAS Chenani Dr Rakesh Kumar and staff of the Sheep Husbandry Department were also present on the occasion.
