A meeting of the Committee on Public Undertakings of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held under the Chairmanship of MLA Mr. Mohammad Akbar Lone here today.Legislators, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, Mr. Asgar Ali Karbalie, Ch. Mohammad Akram, Mr. Abid Hussain Ansari, Ch. Qamar Hussain, Mr. Naresh Kumar Gupta and Mr. Surinder Mohan Ambardar were present in the meeting.During the meeting detailed discussions were held on CAG’s audit paras pertaining to Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd.Chairman, J&K Bank, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad briefed the Committee on the Action Taken Reports (ATR) on the audit paras. He also replied to various queries raised by the panel during the meeting.Legislators also gave their suggestions and recommendations to further improve the efficiency of the Bank.The meeting was attended by Commissioner Secretary, Finance Mr. Navin K Choudhary, President J&K Bank Mr. Mohammad Amin and other concerned officers.
