The International Yoga Day was celebrated on Sunday by the Border Security Force (BSF) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at their various complexes and frontier sectors.BSF's Tripura Frontier Inspector General Bhola Nath Sharma led the Yoga Day celebrations at their frontier headquarter at Salbagan near here.Sharma said: "Yoga not only gives us physical, mental and spiritual strength but also helps us to release stress and bring self-discipline in life."
