Anil Joshi Extends Date To Claim 10% Rebate On Property Tax

Giving a major incentive for the general public to claim 10 per cent rebate on property tax, Anil Joshi, Minister for Local Bodies Department toady extended the last for filing the property tax of 2014-15 up to February 28. In a press communiqué Mr. Anil Joshi said that last date has been extended after considering the demand of public sympathetically. He said that this facility won’t be available to the public after February 28 so one should file the property tax within this date. “Last date to file property tax without any fine is unchanged as March 31” he added.Mr. Joshi further said that instructions to Regional Deputy Directors, Commissioner of all Municipal Corporations, Executive Officers of Municipal Committees and Panchayats to execute awareness campaign to educate general public in this regard.
