The 'Bolega Kharar, Badlega Kharar' foot march, led by Shiromani Akali Dal's Kharar Constituency In-charge Ravinder Singh Khera, entered its 12th day on Friday, covering Ward No. 17 of the city. The march commenced from Shamrock School in Shivalik City, passed through Shivalik City Gurdwara Sahib, and concluded at Village Sante Majra.

Addressing the gathering, Khera alleged that very little development work has been carried out in Kharar, including Landran Road and Ward No. 17. He claimed that whatever work has been executed reflects large-scale corruption.

He demanded a thorough investigation into the alleged irregularities and asserted that if the Shiromani Akali Dal comes to power, a high-level probe will be ordered and those found guilty will be held accountable.Khera further alleged that even in newly constructed roads, old and previously used tiles are being installed instead of new materials.

He also claimed that sewerage lines have not been laid properly and that in several places, roads have been raised above the level of residential houses, leaving homes at a lower level than the roads. As a result, he said, sewer water enters people's houses during the rainy season.Khera urged the administration to take immediate action to resolve these issues.

He also warned that continued neglect would further deepen public resentment against the ruling government.Among those present were Piyush Vij, Maan Singh Saini, Parminder Singh, Parampreet Singh Khanpur, Amaninder Singh Bagga, Patwari Balwinder Singh, Prem Singh (Sante Majra), Mewa Singh (Sante Majra), President Bhupinder Singh (Shivalik), and Balkar Singh Babbu.
