Haryana Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister, Sh.  Ranbir Singh Gangwa said the programme to be held in Jind on July 17 would be far more than a government event, describing it as a landmark moment in Haryana's march towards becoming a developed state. He said the launch of the country's first hydrogen-powered train by Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi,  along with the inauguration of several key development projects, would provide fresh momentum to the state's growth trajectory.

The Minister said that under the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi's visionary leadership, development is reflected not merely in policy announcements but in visible transformation on the ground. He said that Haryana has steadily advanced in building modern infrastructure, strengthening connectivity, expanding industrial growth and improving public welfare, and added that the projects being launched from Jind would further accelerate this journey of transformation.

Sh. Ranbir Singh Gangwa said the country's first hydrogen-powered train represents much more than a technological achievement. It reflects the vision of a developed India, the nation's commitment to clean energy and the resolve of Atmanirbhar Bharat. He said the initiative would help position India as a leader in sustainable and modern transport solutions in the years ahead.

The Minister said the true measure of development lies not in foundation stones but in the positive changes it brings to people's lives. He added that this approach is evident in every initiative undertaken by both the Central and Haryana governments. Significant progress made in sectors such as roads, railways, healthcare, drinking water, industry and rural development, he said, is already benefiting people across the state.

He further said the July 17 programme would not only celebrate the achievements of the present but also mark the beginning of new opportunities for the future. The Cabinet Minister further  said that projects would encourage greater investment, generate employment, strengthen connectivity and reinforce Haryana's role in India's journey towards becoming a developed nation.

He added that the resolve for development taking shape from Jind would become a defining feature of Haryana's future, while July 17 would stand as a symbol of the state's continued commitment to development, public trust and good governance.
