The Punjab Government has intensified its efforts to address the long-standing demands of various state employee associations and unions. In a significant administrative move, the Cabinet Sub-Committee, chaired by Punjab Finance Minister Advocate Harpal Singh Cheema, convened a series of crucial meetings today to engage directly with representatives from multiple unions.

The primary objective of these discussions was to carefully review submitted memorandums, maintain open communication, and find viable, time-bound resolutions to the professional and financial grievances raised by the state's workforce. During the comprehensive dialogue, the Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema held detailed discussions with the educational workforce, reviewing representations from the 3704 Adhiyapak Union, the ETT 2364 Adhiyapak Union, the E.T.
