Chairman of the Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation, Dalvir Singh Dhillon, interacted with residents during the 'Lok Milni' programmes held in villages Isapur (Landa) and Rudgarh in the Dhuri Assembly constituency. Listening to the grievances and suggestions of the villagers, he directed the concerned officials to ensure their prompt and time-bound redressal.

Addressing the gatherings, Chairman Dhillon said that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to delivering transparent, accountable and citizen-centric governance. He said that the 'Lok Milni' initiative has emerged as an effective platform for fostering direct dialogue between the government and the people, enabling the swift resolution of public grievances at the grassroots level.

Highlighting the government's development agenda, he said that over the past four years, development works worth crores of rupees relating to roads, drinking water supply, sewerage, education, healthcare and other essential infrastructure have been completed across the Dhuri Assembly constituency. He added that several major projects are also being executed at a fast pace to further strengthen public infrastructure and improve the quality of life.

Chairman Dhillon further said that the Punjab Government's welfare initiatives are reaching every section of society. He highlighted that under the Chief Minister Mothers-Daughters Honour Scheme, eligible women are receiving monthly financial assistance, providing them with greater financial security and empowerment.

Appealing to the people to actively participate in government outreach initiatives, Chairman Dhillon urged them to avail themselves of the benefits of various welfare schemes and to bring forward their concerns through the 'Lok Milni' programmes. He reaffirmed the government's commitment to ensuring the holistic development of the Dhuri Assembly constituency and the welfare of every citizen.

Among those present on the occasion were Councillor Pushpinder Sharma, Zila Parishad Member Harjinder Singh Kanjhla, Keval Singh of Ghanauri Kalan, Jagtar Singh Bagri of Salempur, the Sarpanches and Panchs of both villages, other eminent citizens and a large number of local residents.
