Haryana Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini said that the State Government will establish a smarak at Nasibpur dedicated to the indomitable courage, struggle and sacrifice of the brave martyrs of the Ahirwal region. The Smarak will not only inspire future generations with the values of patriotism and service to the nation but will also acquaint them with the glorious history of Ahirwal.

The Chief Minister on Tuesday late evening reviewed the progress of this important project at Haryana Niwas and issued necessary directions to the concerned officers.On this occasion, Industries & Commerce, Minister,  Rao Narbir Singh, Health Minister, Ms. Arti Singh Rao, Director General, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department Sh. K.M. Pandurang, Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. Yash Pal, along with other senior officials, were present. MLA Sh. Om Prakash Yadav also joined the meeting through video conferencing.

A detailed presentation was made regarding the proposed design, concept and current status of construction works of the memorial to be developed at Nasibpur. It was informed that the grand memorial complex, being developed over approximately 42 kanal and 10 marlas of land, will include an open-air theatre, light and sound show, gallery, auditorium, administrative building and other modern facilities.

The Chief Minister directed the officers to give special attention to the beautification of the memorial complex, development of green areas and visitor amenities. He emphasized ensuring adequate parking facilities, smooth accessibility and other essential infrastructure so that tourists and visitors do not face any inconvenience.During the meeting, Director General,  Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, Sh. K.M. Pandurang apprised the Chief Minister of the project's progress. 

He said that the design and other aspects of the project would be further strengthened and made more attractive in line with the suggestions and directions given by the Chief Minister and other Ministers.Additional Director, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department Captain Manish Lohan, Director, Shaheed Smarak Ambala Dr. Kuldeep Saini and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
