Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the State President is the face of the organisation and the focal point of the aspirations of party workers. The State President acts as a strong bridge between the organisation and the people and serves as the medium through which the party's ideology reaches the last person in society.
He said that the position carries immense responsibility. The Chief Minister was addressing the oath-taking ceremony of newly appointed Haryana BJP President, Dr Archana Gupta at Panchkamal in Panchkula on Wednesday. Congratulating Dr Archana Gupta and extending his heartfelt best wishes, he said that everyone present was witnessing a historic moment as the Bharatiya Janata Party in Haryana receives new leadership, fresh energy, renewed resolve and a new direction.
Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that a successful State President does not merely expand the organisation but also connects with the hearts of party workers. Such a leader respects the contribution of every booth-level worker, ensures the organisation's outreach to every section of society, creates opportunities for new workers, channels fresh energy in the right direction and keeps the organisation dynamic and progressive.
He expressed confidence that Dr Archana Gupta would take the organisation to new heights and that under her leadership, the BJP organisation would reach every village, ward, booth and section of society in Haryana with even greater strength.

The Chief Minister said that under Dr Archana Gupta's leadership, the BJP organisation would become even stronger at the booth level. Participation of women and youth would increase, dialogue with every section of society would become more robust, and the party's tradition of public service would be carried forward on a wider scale.
He said that the BJP is not merely a political party but an ideology, a set of values and a movement. It is a continuous mission of nation-building. In the BJP, ideas are greater than individuals, responsibility is greater than position, and service remains above power.

Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the ceremony was not merely an oath-taking event for a new responsibility, but a symbol of the BJP's belief that opportunities are granted not on the basis of lineage, but on the basis of capability, dedication, hard work and commitment to the organisation.
He said the occasion was not merely an organisational programme but also a celebration of an idea and of women's empowerment. It reflected the BJP's vibrant tradition in which the worker is supreme, the organisation is paramount and national interest remains the ultimate goal.

The Chief Minister said that for the second time in Haryana's history, a woman has been entrusted with the responsibility of serving as State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He described it as a moment of pride for the mothers, sisters and daughters of Haryana and a reflection of a changing state where women are not merely participating but are assuming leadership roles.
He said this transformation reflects the vision of a New India under the capable leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi. The Chief Minister said that Indian culture has always regarded women as a symbol of strength.
However, women's participation in politics remained limited for many years. Under the Prime Minister's leadership, the country has witnessed a significant transformation. He said the Prime Minister has not only spoken about women's dignity but has actively worked to put women at the centre of governance and decision-making.
Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaign transformed societal attitudes towards daughters, while the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam opened a new chapter in women's political empowerment. He said that Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has taken a firm resolve to advance women's empowerment.
During the BJP's 12 years in office, lakhs of daughters have been given a new lease of life and encouraged to move ahead in the field of education.

The Chief Minister said that women today are leading from the front in the armed forces and scientific laboratories. They are making their mark in the world of startups, on sports fields and in democratic leadership. Haryana, he said, has emerged as one of the strongest examples of this transformation.
The Chief Minister said that the appointment of Dr Archana Gupta as State President is itself evidence of this transformative thinking. He said that daughters today are not weak but self-reliant. It is in recognition of this spirit that the responsibility of leading the party organisation in Haryana has been entrusted to Dr Archana Gupta.
Calling upon party workers to strengthen the organisation further, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that every booth should be empowered and the party's reach extended to the last person in society. He said this would help give fresh momentum to Haryana's development.
He added that the Haryana Government is working in the public interest and continues to earn the trust of the people. Referring to the Union Government's vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, he said Haryana has also set a goal of becoming a developed state.

Addressing the gathering, newly appointed State President, Dr Archana Gupta said that being a party worker itself is a matter of pride. She said that from booth-level workers to senior office-bearers, everyone carries both importance and responsibility in strengthening the organisation.
She pledged to live up to the aspirations of party workers and expressed gratitude to Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister, Sh. Amit Shah, Union Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini and senior party leaders for their faith and support.
Meanwhile, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister, Sh. Krishan Kumar Bedi, Union Minister, Rao Inderjit Singh, State Incharge, BJP Haryana, Dr. Satish Poonia, Co-In-Charge, Sh.
