Strengthening direct public outreach, OSD Sukhveer Singh today interacted with residents at the Chief Minister Facilitation Centre in Dhuri and listened to their grievances. Citizens from different areas presented issues related to daily civic needs, development works, and personal concerns.
Taking prompt cognisance, OSD Sukhveer Singh issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned officials and facilitated immediate redressal of several cases. He assured that all grievances will be addressed on a priority basis through a time-bound and transparent mechanism, eliminating the need for citizens to make repeated visits to government offices.
He stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to responsive and people-centric governance. Regular grievance-hearing forums are being organised to ensure direct communication, swift action, and effective service delivery. Emphasising the government’s focus on accessibility, he added that key services are being brought closer to citizens to ensure timely relief and ease of access, thereby strengthening public trust.
