A religious pilgrimage was organized last night by BJP leader Akshay Sharma from Halka North, under which a group of 40 devotees from Ward No. 62 were sent by bus to visit Sri Khatu Shyam and Salasar Dham. A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the devotees regarding the journey.

On this occasion, BJP leader Akshay Sharma said that connecting people, especially the upcoming generation with religion and culture is the need of the hour. This religious journey has been organized with this purpose, so that the devotees can get spiritual benefits by visiting the holy shrines.

He said that this journey will first reach Salasar Dham and after that the devotees will return after visiting Shri Khatu Shyam Ji. Akshay Sharma said that Mrs. Neha and Deepak ji from Ward No. 62 gave special support in the organization of this yatra, under whose leadership the devotees left for the yatra. 

He also thanked all the responsible people who helped to make the trip successful. Akshay Sharma said that he prays to Shri Khatu Shyam ji to keep his grace on everyone and do good to everyone.
